Our completely free GIF Maker allows you to string multiple static images together into a fun, looping animated file. It is the perfect tool for creating social media memes, showing off step-by-step tutorials, or creating short stop-motion animations.
Local Processing: When you upload photos to this tool, they are never sent to a cloud server. The entire GIF encoding process is handled natively inside your web browser's memory using JavaScript. That means it is blazingly fast and utterly secure.
How to use:
- Upload Images: Select two or more images (JPG, PNG, or WEBP). They will be animated in the exact order you select them.
- Adjust Settings: Set your desired output width and height. By default, it will output a 500x500 square GIF.
- Set Speed: Adjust the Frame Delay. A delay of 0.1 seconds will create a rapid animation, while a delay of 1 or 2 seconds acts more like a slow slideshow.
- Generate & Download: Click the button, preview your animation, and download it instantly!
Frequently Asked Questions
Because the encoding happens directly on your device rather than a massive cloud server, it relies on your device's processing power. If you try to create a massive 1080p GIF with 50 frames, it may take your phone or laptop several seconds to calculate the compression. To speed it up, reduce the Output Width/Height.
By default, the encoding library will stretch and crop the images slightly to fit the exact Output Width and Height you specified in the settings.
There is no hard limit, but we recommend keeping it under 30 images. Generating GIFs requires immense amounts of RAM, and adding too many high-resolution photos could crash your browser tab.
